Why do I get the "Duplicate file in Your Team" error right after submitting?

I guess maybe it's because it's identical to a previous submission. It shouldn't be but. Maybe I messed up the name of the files.
The submission system does not allow to send the same file twice. When you try to do it, you get this error message.
