I'm writing to let you know that the submission system is finally online and You may start to submit your solutions for preliminary evaluation.

We also uploaded an early baseline. You may notice that the evaluation metric for this solution is low. On the one hand, it shows how difficult the considered problem is. On the other hand, it also shows that better than naive solutions are feasible - the score is significantly higher than zero :-)
