Hello! I would like to ask what major events in IBI_case_milestones_anonymized. CSV refer to? Is it just the IBI's reaction to this case or is it all the important events that are related to this case？

Hello,

this table reports all system events related to the case - not only the most important ones. Its 'complement' is the IBI_case_comments table, which stores all messages exchanged between ibi and their customers.
