Thanks a lot for your great effort in organizing this interesting competition even though I do not play computer games at all, :-)
Two queries, the first one is that I submitted two new results again and when I refreshed and could not see them, is there something wrong with the system? I can still see my totoal submission numbers have been increased correctly ( around 353, less than 400, and did not touch the daily 10 submissions yet);
the 2nd query is regarding the final submission cut date is Sept 30, may I know does it include the Sept 30 or not? I mean close at Sept 30 0am or 23:59pm?

Would you be able to write when exactly did you submit those results? As far as I can see, all your latest submissions were correctly evaluated (one was correctly evaluated with an error - "predictions outside the [0,1] interval").
Regarding the competition end, it's the end of Sep. 30 (23:59:59 GMT).

Sure, I will report the timing as well next time when issue happens, it should be around 9am in my time zone (GMT+4), I could upload my results but they were not displayed in the table of submisions while I could see my total submission number had been increased correctly, then I guess after some time the portal worked again.
Not sure who is handling your portal, I am afriad that they are doing some maintenanace jobs backend so the server became a bit unstable, around 5pm-6pm today in my time zone (GMT+4) if I am not wrong, the portal was not working for some mintues;
Actually I am trying to submit new results again but since my time zone (GMT+4) 6pm until now 8:11pm, I can not upload any submissions, after I submitted my file, there is no information displayed "Thank you, we have added your submissions etc." and the new submission is not in the submission table as well which means the submission is not successful.
I did not hit the 10 records per day or 400 records threshrold either, I used your portal quite often, only met issues today.
You may try it from your side, or maybe something wrong in my side.

Fyi, now the submission works (8:32pm GMT+4).
Sorry Andrzej，I think the issue is on my side, actually I am trying to upload one file which the size is 0 (due to one bug), so that's why the submission portal did not show any information, sorry for that and now everything works.
